Dear Friends in Christ,
I would like to wish all of you a most holy and blessed Divine Mercy Sunday! It is a great day for praying for God’s Infinite Mercy to be poured out on people who are separated from the Lord by their sins, and for receiving God’s Mercy for healing and purification for ourselves as well. I hope that each and every one of you will take full advantage of the great graces offered by the Lord on Divine Mercy Sunday.
Please keep the two retreats that I have scheduled for this May in your prayers: I will be presenting the Confraternity spirituality to Rachel’s Vineyard retreat veterans in Kelowna, British Columbia on the weekend of May 13-15, and to another group of RV veterans in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on the following weekend of May 20-22. Please pray for me and for all those making these two retreats.
Another prayer request is that our Assistant Spiritual Director, Fr. Jim Costigan (also a member of the Fathers of Mercy), has been struggling with skin infections (fungal, and then at least 3 different bacterial infections) for 5-6 weeks. He has spent over two weeks in the hospital during this time, and even though he is home now, he is still in a lot of pain and discomfort. Please pray for a rapid recovery from Fr. Jim — he really wants to get back on his feet and in the saddle of his priestly ministry soon!!
Thank you, and God bless all of you! I hold each of you in my daily prayers and Masses.

You are assured of my prayers. Please pray for me also -suffering from writer’s block, excessive self-indulgence and loneliness.
God bless us all.

Dear Fr Ben,
Thank you for your good words about the feast of Mercy and all your prayers. Be assured of my prayers for you, the retreat-ants and for Fr Jim’s healing. As we remember Our Holy Father Pope John Paul II and St Faustina let us be grateful for all that they suffered so that we can live in God’s divine will. God Bless you and happy Feast!
In Jesus and Mary,
Eileen

God Bless you Father Ben. Thank you again for taking some time out of your busy schedule to meet with me when you were in St Pete Beach. I will be praying for you, the retreatants and Fr Jim. Our Parish- St James Cathedral in Orlando, Fl was fortunate to have a Divine Mercy Mission April 25 and 26 which I attended and sent my prayers to all RV grads and those to come. Fr John O’Hollohan came from Ireland to lead us (he is 88 years young) and he has us all in his prayers as well. We were also blessed to have a relic of St Faustina to venerate at the Divine Mercy Hour May 1 at our church with the Chaplet. I am so grateful to God, St Faustina and Blessed John Paul II for giving this great feast to the faithful, especially the RV groups which can benefit so much from this devotion.

Father Be, I would like to ask for your prayers for the restoration of my relationship with Kiko. Please ask Him to guide Kiko back, take away his pride and all negative feelings that hinder him from coming back, and replace it with His love and mercy. May God continue to bless your ministry and to protect you everyday.
Fr. Ben Cameron says
Dear KF:
Not knowing anything about your relationship with Kiko (is he your husband, brother, friend?), all we can do is pray that Our Lord’s Holy Will be done.
God bless you!
Fr. Ben
