Sacraments

Some of the most powerful encounters that we can have with Jesus Christ (and the Father and Holy Spirit) are when we meet Him in the Sacraments of the Church.  There are two sacraments in particular, which are “Founts of Mercy” in which we can regularly receive God’s Mercy, Healing, strength, and grace for growth in the Christian Life.  They are the Holy Eucharist and Confession.
